FlavoRole Buttery contains 100% milk ingredients including natural milk fat, which have been degraded by food grade enzymes. It provides buttery taste and aroma with lipolysis fat flavor notes.

Application: Butter, margarine, confectionery, bakery, etc.

Application Dosage and Method: Depending on the recipe, 0,5-1,5% could be applied. It is recommended to dilute with a small amount of drinkable water for ensuring homogeneous dispersion prior to use.

Storage: in refrigerated conditions at temperature of 2-4 °С for 6 months
