MAYMICIN E235 – Food Preservative Against Yeast and Mould. Composition 50 % Natamycin E235 and 50% lactose. Natamycin (pimaricin) is an antimicrobial agent produced by the bacterium Streptomyces natalensis and related species.

Packaging: 0,100 kg, 0.500 kg РЕ container

Recommended Dosage: 15 mg / kg in each of the following food categories:
Breads and bakery products.
Fruit and vegetable preparations,including pulp.
Dairy and fat based desserts, chips and snacks .
Sauces and toppings (including mayonnaises and salad dressings)
