MICROBIAL RENNET

BOVIREN – The product group is divided into 2 ranges that are BOVIREN brand is available in liquid form.
Both range are microbial based proteolytic enzyme preparations derived from a special soil fungus Rhizormucor miehei strain which has been successfully using in cheese production for a couple of decades.
The enzyme is very similar to chimosyn with respect to many aspects and suitable for a very wide range of cheeses. In addition BOVIREN are very cost effective products in comparison with similar ones.

MYSCOREN – The product group is divided into 3 ranges, the brand MYSCOREN is available in liquid form.
And the trite range are microbial-based proteolytic enzyme preparations derived from a special soil fungus Rhizormucor miehei strain that has been successfully used in cheese production for several decades.
The enzyme is very similar to chicosin in many aspects and is suitable for a very wide range of cheeses. In addition, MYSCOREN are very effective products compared to similar ones.

CHYMOSIN RENNET

MYS FERMENTE – MYS Fermente is a fermentation Produced Chymosin product and derived from a selected dairy yeast, Kluyveromyces lactis.
MYS Fermente performs a function similar to calf rennet dur ing cheese production process and maturation time.
The product is pure chymosin and free fromm any kind of coagulant. It is an ideal replacer of calf rennet among milk coagulants and very suitable for all kinds of cheeses.
The product group is divided into 2 ranges that are MYS 180 and MYS 600 brand is available in liquid form and 1 range that are MYS 1800 brand is available in granulate form.
