Cream cheese production lines with Buffer and CIP unit

— All materials are AISI 304 stainless steel.
— 2nd wall, indirect steam pressure 2 Bar.
— Product output with butterfly valve and filter after output (800 m).
— Product additional input (with funnel).
— Vacuum tube is available for picking up unwanted odors.
— Pneumatic piston is available to overcome the process boiler.
— Pneumatic piston lifting system is available.
— 2 Bar Direct Steam input and 1’’ steam filter in 0,1 micron filtration range.
— Manometer with 1 to 6 Bar indication is available.
— Safety valve (open in overpressure).
— Direct and indirect steam inlet 3/4’’ pneumatic valve.
— Observation glass with DN80 union connection and lighting system with DN50 union
connection are available.
— The water inlet, vacuum inlet and CIP inlet on the top cover will collect in one line, each with
separate pneumatic valve.
— 2,2 kW – 2800 rpm/min vacuum pump.
— With air pressure control.
— Feature to do desired processes with HMI panel.
— Manual and Automatic operating modes.
— Ergonomically designed platform.
— The machine has a digital water meter system. (Controlled from PLC).
— There is one 1,5 kW – 1500 lt./h lobe pump to transfer the product from the process tank.
— There are 2 CIP boilers (Acid – Caustic) on the platform.
— There is 1 hot water boiler on the platform. The balancing tank is used for the hot water
supply to the surface of the tank. The steam inlet is pneumatic, and the steam outlet is the condenser.
— The are 2 0,37 kW centrifugal pumps in front of the CIP boilers.
— The are balance tank on the platform. (Walled).
— There is a motor and reducer on the balance tank and a reducer mixer wing system.
— One 1,5 kW – 5000 lt./h lobe pump is available for transferring the product from the balance
tank to dosing machine.
— 10 different prescriptions can be applied.

LIFT SYSTEM

— Body sheet 5 mm and 2B -304 quality stainless steel.
— Chain system providing up-down movement of lifting system is available.
— Chain system reducer is 1,1 – 24 rpm/min and with speed controlled. (Inverter system).
— There is a special cage made of stainless steel wire in the area where the lift system is located.
— Measures to prevent occupational accidents, are taken with cage safety sensors.
