ALMER A SCAN milk analyzer


The Almera Scan milk analyzer is designed to perform rapid analyzes of the content of fat (FAT), dry fat-free residue (SNF), protein, lactose and hydration in percentages, temperature (oC) as well as density, freezing point, salts, pH and conductivity of the same sample, at milk production, purchase and processing. The device can be calibrated for measurement of cow, sheep, buffalo, camel, reconstituted, UHT milk, cream, whey, buttermilk. At the customer's request, the device can be calibrated for any of the above types of milk, cream, whey and buttermilk.
